My First Wild Turkey
Well, it has been a bit in coming, but I killed my first wild turkey on Thursday. A friend from our church and I were on some of his property in Camden (Benton Co.) West Tennessee. It was a jake (juvenile) weighing in at about 15 pounds. I am mounting the tail. Now if we can only get Andrew his first before the season ends for this spring.....
